solve the problem on the spot, if possible
offer self-help solutions where practical
tell you what your options are for the on-going management of the problem and the cost involved
if appropriate, offer you a written quote for any further services
After the consultation there is no further obligation.

Because some problems are more complex than others, there are a range of consultations available. Our lawyers and staff may suggest the length of consultation we think you need - but the choice is yours.
